WP 1: General coordination
The project coordination takes over the communication with the ministry as well as the individual project partners. In addition, it organizes project meetings both at WP management level and cluster-wide. The cluster-wide meetings take place every six months at different locations in NRW and serve to exchange information among all project participants about challenges and progress within the individual workpackages. Workpackage 1 also coordinates the preparation of the project reports as well as the internal steering committee to manage problems, discuss and mitigate risks, and identify future perspectives.
